What We Deliver
We deliver an 8-week, three-pillar engagement called The Playbook — followed by an optional growth retainer. Each pillar serves a different audience inside the customer's business: internal operations, external presence, and strategic clarity.
The three pillars aren't parallel offerings. Pillar 1 — The Cockpit + Agents — is the spine. It's the metric system the customer keeps and operates after we leave. Pillar 2 and Pillar 3 connect into it: Quick Wins fire off Cockpit signals; The Lens shapes what The Brief watches for in its monthly synthesis.
Every Playbook is delivered by two principals on every engagement — no junior staffing, no handoff to associates. The senior team you meet in scoping is the team that ships.
The 8-Week Playbook
A milestone-based engagement that installs an AI-native operating system in the business. Three pillars, delivered in parallel over 8 weeks.
- Week 1: Discovery + scoping. We meet the team, instrument the systems, and run the co-definition workshop that locks the Cockpit's metrics.
- Weeks 2–4: Pillar 1 + Pillar 2 build. Cockpit installed, agents wired up, Voice document drafted, Surface refresh underway.
- Weeks 5–8: Pillar 3 deepening + Quick Wins shipped. Lens delivered, agents tuned, retainer transition.
Pricing is milestone-based. $25K minimum: $10K at end of week 4, $15K at end of week 8. Lowers commitment risk; aligns payment with delivered experience.
Pillar 1 — The Cockpit + Agents
The internal operating system — and the spine that the other pillars connect into.
The Cockpit
A 6-tab dashboard organized around AARRR + Ops (Acquisition · Activation · Retention · Revenue · Referral · Operations). The 6-tab architecture is fixed; the metrics inside each tab are co-defined with the owner in a week-1 workshop, starting from a vertical-specific template and our hypothesis library. One north-star metric per tab, refreshed weekly from existing systems.
The methodology is hypothesis-led: every metric on the Cockpit answers a specific business question, not a generic dashboard pattern. The hypothesis library compounds across customers — every engagement makes the next one sharper.
The Agents
Two AI agents read the Cockpit and surface what matters:
- The Spotter — runs every Monday morning. Detects week-over-week anomalies. Sends a written digest: "What changed and what to ask the team about today." Observations and questions only — never prescriptive.
- The Brief — runs monthly. Produces a 1-page strategic synthesis: "What the data is telling you this month, what's worth your attention."
The Cockpit + Agents is installed during the Playbook and operated by us during the retainer. Pillars 2 and 3 are built to wire into it — Quick Wins fire off Cockpit signals; The Brief carries Lens-level trend awareness forward each month.
Pillar 2 — The Voice + The Surface + The Quick Wins
The external upgrade. Three named components:
- The Voice — positioning narrative, voice, and competitive frame. Designed as reusable text artifacts the owner can deploy across AI tools (ChatGPT system prompts, content generation, hires, partners).
- The Surface — refreshed website, owned by the customer's GitHub from Day 1 (if we're fired, the code stays with them). Default stack is custom-coded in modern frameworks; if the existing site is on a working modern platform, we refresh in place rather than rebuild. Optimized for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews) — verified with 5–10 test queries on each engine before handoff. We work with existing visual identity; no logo redesign.
- The Quick Wins — 2–3 AI operations shipped to production, deliberately wired to fire off The Cockpit's signals: churn-save flows triggered by the at-risk-account signal, review collection feeding the Referral tab, an AI booker updating Acquisition. Closed-loop integrations, not standalone automations. Plus a 12-month roadmap for what comes next.
Pillar 3 — The Lens
A focused strategic counsel document organized around four components: market context, competitive position, trend brief, growth ideas. The goal is clarity on the next 12–18 months — not bespoke M&A or pivot work.
Why this is economically possible at this price. AI substitutes for analyst-tier work. A traditional firm doing this scope staffs four analysts on it for twelve weeks; we let AI do the analyst hours and apply senior synthesis on top, quality-reviewed before handoff. That's the structural moat — not a marketing claim, an operating model.
Compounding intelligence library. Every engagement contributes to a vertical-specific intelligence library. Customer four in the coffee vertical inherits the patterns, frameworks, and trend awareness developed across customers one through three. Per-vertical templates get sharper with every engagement.
The Lens is delivered in AI-tool-ready format so the owner can paste sections into their own ChatGPT or Claude as foundational context for ongoing strategic thinking. Trend awareness continues post-handoff: The Brief carries the trend frame into its monthly synthesis.
After the Playbook — The Growth Retainer
Month-to-month. The customer can fire us anytime. We tune the agents, refresh the Cockpit as the business evolves, and meet monthly to walk through what the agents have surfaced.
- $5K/mo — refresh-existing-platform customers
- $6–7K/mo — custom-code-site customers (includes ongoing site monitoring)
What we explicitly don't do
- No proprietary software builds
- No logo redesign
- No ongoing marketing execution
- No business operations
- No bespoke decision-making (M&A, exit prep, pivots) in v0
Open questions on this page: pricing anchoring (is $25K the right floor, or anchor higher to the $30–40K target range?); Pillar 3 deliverable name (does "The Lens" land?); does "Quick Wins" undersell the cockpit-integrated closed-loop reality?
